In the years that I've been eating like I do ... ie no white sugar, no yeast, dairy products, no meat, limited fat (except the nuts, avocado, coconut oil, etc.), I have had to beat me all sorts of trends. Sometimes I feel like I'm with an umbrella that people raining on and I curls under without letting rain affect me (although I hear well in it). For example, people comfort experts have traditionally introduced me to South Beach Diet hoping, Herbalife comfort experts Diet hoping, Atkins Diet hoping, makróbíótíska Diet hoping, Scarsdale Diet hoping, Weight Watchers Diet hoping, juice Diet hoping, blood Diet hoping, Christian Diet hoping etc. Something with the extension "a course" (except sofaki) does not exist in my vocabulary because comfort experts my diet would be classified under the daily routine lifestyle. Most recently is much an issue of Paleo diet (where people eat as Stone Age men did) and maybe some are wondering what views I have on. I've read quite a bit about Paleo, with an open mind and will try to be as neutral as I can. In summary:
There are many interesting and neat in Paleo (for example, focus on eating unprocessed foods as much as possible, eat no sugar) but otherwise I find a bit questionable. Eg overweight sedentary people comfort experts hardly benefit from eating fatty meats or cream? comfort experts .... And many of the doctors I know would probably agree with the speculation surrounding the festivities in Iceland ..... (And before anyone says something about the salt levels and smoked meat there are some brand new research that suggests that salt is a cure for all and that we eat too little of it is surprising that people are confused at all these messages? Actually not recommended salt intake in Paleo so I can only turn out.
It is difficult to maintain the diet as Paleo and if people are not that much tighter, it may end up with a very bad diet because the individual is gradually losing the ability to recognize hunger / seddu feeling. I have no research to support this theory but my considering that almost all Western nations struggle with offþyngd, I would think that people generally do not know their magamál ..... maybe I'm wrong. Food is not something that everyone eat to maintain energy requirements (as Neolithic comfort experts man) but eat some when they are sad, shuffling, in grief, when they are bored, etc. This applies of course not only about the Paleo diet holds up. Finally, comfort experts always feel a bit hard to read the information on the websites of people (or books) which is a kind of "fanaticism" what diet is concerned. It applies just as Paleo as hráfæði and other. It disturbs me even more when people comfort experts with statements about anything but Paleo is dangerous to our health and is in the process of selling access to information and knowledge, etc. Paleo on its website. In much, much greater length:
Paleo for the first diet but not all k and k is not good in my books. Paleo would be classified under lifestyle, similar as those adopting the hráfæðis or vegan lifestyle comfort experts but unlike Atkins comfort experts since it was reversed in many ways to consume only protein and fat and the same no carbohydrates comfort experts are allowed. Paleo has several "points" on what people want to be "pure" comfort experts and some "cheat days" are allowed (in the opinion of some, not all followers). There is a lot of Paleo that is brilliant and I think this ESP return to Raw food (with the emphasis on sleep and reduced stress) hugely important points and something that everyone should be taken as a model. I have myself, comfort experts because a lot of my study examined the relationship between sleep and obesity, which are pretty interesting relationships and especially all the more to come. There are very strong links between too little sleep and how the brain interprets hunger and seddu. Now been demonstrated (note that it is not the same as proving something) to children by 30 months of little sleep, are likely to become overweight by age 7 and children of 6 months and 2-4 become overweight comfort experts by the age of 21, though, where they live, upbringing and everything else is assumed away. There you can predict overweight children from sleep independent of other factors! comfort experts All spears seem to focus on this relationship, however, are not all convinced. I believe, however, that this relationship must be taken seriously because if we could reduce obesity among children by some percentage points for better sleep, it would be great to win.
But on with Paleo. Here you can eg read about Paleo diet and I meant for fun these 15 "rules" so that everyone knows what it is all: According comfort experts to the Paleo food that contain high fat, moderate in animal protein and low to moderate in carbohydrates. Do not count calories and neither fit a dose. Shall eat unlimited amounts of saturated fats like coconut comfort experts oil and butter (and ghee). Spirit Fats etc. is also considered desirable and the same can be said for beef and lamb fat. Olive oil, avocado oil and macadamia oil
