At 4 Odessa International Film Festival, which lasted from 12 to 20 July 2013, films competed in three programs - the international feature competition, Ukrainian national feature mtv music awards 2011 competition and Ukrainian national competition short (total official name of the latter two - Ukrainian National mtv music awards 2011 Film Awards).
The jury of the International Federation of Film (FIPRESCI) at the Odessa International Film Festival have identified the best films Ukrainian national competition, vdostoyivshy of its prestigious awards.
